PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

CEO, President, Founder | 2013 - Present

In 2013, immediately following graduation from the University of Dayton, I founded Home Front Alliance as a civilian and built CollegeRecon.com to assist those who have served in the armed forces, those currently serving, and their families with the college search and selection process.

Home Front Alliance and
CollegeRecon were launched due to a lack of valuable support available to transitioning servicemembers looking for educational opportunities, post-service. With CollegeRecon, and support from the Home Front Alliance team, those we assist have the ability to search through thousands of schools across the country and discover the right school that fit their own unique needs, interests, and qualifications.

While CEO of Home Front Alliance, I have successfully raised over $500,000 in equity investments, set and oversee annual and quarterly budgets for marketing, IT, and operations, manage sales and marketing teams with an annual growth rate of 200% over the last 3 years, won the Marquette "University Business Plan Competition," gave speeches to leaders of the U.S. defense community at the country's largest military defense conference - the Defense Entrepreneurs Forum in Chicago, and work with large and small clients in the military, corporate, and post-secondary education industries.

I directed the construction of a technology suite consisting of a market-leading virtual college-search and connection platform while managing a team of 5 IT professionals from around the world. In addition to the platform itself, HFA successfully established a system to collect and maintain a database including 600,000 unique data points, 11,000 college administrators, and 3,000 college accounts.

HFA has secured affiliations and partnerships with some of the world's largest veteran service organizations and military-affiliated agencies such as the American Legion, the Army and Air National Guard Bureau, Military.com, AmericaServes, and the Institute for Veterans and Military Families. Together these organizations service over 12 million Veterans across the country.
